Hart Sister’s Tea Party Packages during regular business hours

Each party package includes one and one half hours of table use and tea service.  Groups over 20 may have up to two hours.   (If additional time will be needed, you must prearrange this and there will be an additional charge of $50 per half hour) To reserve the date for your event you will need to provide a credit card number. This will hold the date and time. One gift table will be provided for groups of 15 or more.  Smaller groups will be charged a $10 gift table fee if needed.  A non refundable deposit of $75 is due at time of booking, this will be credited to your final bill at the time of your party.  Final counts are due 14 days prior to your event. On the day of your event, you will be charged for your final count even if all guests do not show up. If for some reason you do not show up for your scheduled event, you will be charged 50% of your party estimate. If you have any questions, please ask for clarification. If you prefer PRIVATE space, you can book the facility for two hours for a rate of $650 which includes one of our party packages for up to a maximum of 40 guests. If booking the facility privately, a non refundable deposit of $325 is due at time of booking and the final guest count is due 7 days.

Victorian Tea:

A Beautiful tier of Scones accompanied by preserves and Devonshire cream, Tea Sandwiches and Petite Desserts served with hot or iced tea (below). $17.00 per person

Deluxe Victorian Tea:

Our Victorian Tea package plus one choice of the following: house salad or soup of the day. $22.00 per person

Park Avenue Tea:

A lighter version of our afternoon tea-assorted finger sandwiches, a garden salad, scone with preserves and tea. $17.00 per person

Victorian Brunch: (available for parties between 9:30 am & 11am only)

Your guests will begin with warm Scones accompanied by preserves and Devonshire cream along with our Ginger Peach or Raspberry Quince hot tea, then your guest will be presented with the main course of your choice; Ham & Cheese Quiche or Spinach & Bacon Quiche, with  breakfast potatoes, accompanied by a fresh fruit garnish.  $17.00 per person

The Southern Lady:

Your guests will begin this elegant meal with our House Salad, party guests will then be presented with a flaky croissant filled with our Apple Walnut Chicken Salad garnished with fresh fruit, then your guest will indulge in a delicious petite dessert trio. $19.00 per person

Victorian Luncheon Package:

Guests will begin with either our Ginger Peach and Raspberry Quince hot tea or our Peach and Cran-raspberry Iced Tea and warm Scones accompanied by preserves & devonshire cream, next your guests will be presented with our House Salad, we will then serve the quiche of your choice; Spinach & Bacon, Broccoli & Cheese or Ham & Cheese. $18.00 per person

Cake Guidelines: If you wish to bring in a cake or cupcakes, we only allow bakery items, and a $25 cake fee will be charged. Groups of 15 or less will be charged $1 person, but no less than $10. No exceptions!!

Child's Tea Party for up to 8 guest: (held at 10:30am or 2pm)

Ages 10 & under

Once the girls are seated, they will be served lemonade in china teacups and a tier of Cookies, Cheese and Cream cheese & preserve tea sandwiches and fresh fruit.  To finish the tea party, a pedestal of pink frosted cupcakes will be brought out with a lit candle for the birthday girl to make a wish. Take away party favor will be included for each child.

Package for up to 8 is $225, which includes tax & gratuity. Additional children will be charged at $17 per child. *One host will receive a complimentary tea tray for one with party package *must purchase complete party package for complimentary tea tray.

If parents, grandparents, siblings, or friends will be staying a reservation will need to be made for an Afternoon Tea tray at 12.50 per person or a Cream Tea (Scone, Fruit & hot tea) for 6.95 per person *NO EXCEPTIONS

Final counts for child's tea party is required 14 days prior to the event
